PP/POE共混物挤出过程相态演变的研究

摘要 研究了聚丙烯/乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(PP/POE)共混物沿双螺杆挤出方向的相态、分散相尺寸和相结构演化的标度行为。结果表明:当POE的质量分数为20%时,分散相粒径(d_p)在挤出阶段后期增加;当POE的质量分数为60%时,平均特征长度(L_m)沿螺杆挤出轴向位置一直增加;此外,共混体系相结构的演变具有动力学自相似,且当POE质量分数低于60%时分形维数D_L沿着螺杆挤出位置逐渐增大。 blends along suits show t e phase morphology, size and scaling behavior development of PP/POE twin-screw extrusion direction were investigated. The experimental re- he size of the dispersed phase (dp) increases at the later stage of ex- trusion when the mass ratio of POE is 20%, while the average characteristic length (Lm) inereases at all the stage when the mass ratio of POE is 60%. In addition, the phase structure development of PP/POE blends possesses self-similarity, and the fractal dimension(Dc) gradually increases along the extruder length when the mass ratio of POE is less than 60%.
