模具温度对聚烯烃材料发泡行为及过程的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用自制装置制备发泡聚烯烃材料,研究了模具温度对聚烯烃材料发泡行为及过程的影响。结果表明:随着模具温度的升高,泡孔直径增大,泡孔密度和泡孔尺寸分散度减小;高温条件下随着射胶量的变化,泡孔形态呈现出欠发泡、均衡发泡、过发泡的状态,且与常温相比,均衡发泡和过发泡状态有所提前。 The foam polyolefin materials were prepared by using homemade device. The effects of mold temperature on foaming behavior and process of polyolefin materials were studied. The results show that the cell diameter increases, the cell density and cell size dispersion decrease with the increasing of mold temperature. With the changing of injection volume under high temperature conditions, the cell morphology shows less foam,balanced foam and over foam states. And compared to normal temperature, the states of balanced foam and over foam are ahead of schedule.
