摘要 建立信息库对聚合物熔体高速挤出流变行为进行研究。挤出畸变表象十分复杂,大体可分为两大类:表面畸变和整体畸变。表面畸变包括表面粗糙、鲨鱼皮畸变、黏-滑畸变等;整体畸变包括轻微扭曲、整体扭曲、严重扭折等。二者同时发生称熔体破裂。不同拓扑结构聚合物的畸变规律不同,可进行指纹性辨识。 A database to study the extrudate distortions of polymer melts at high extru- sion speed was constructed. The extrudate distortions are very complex. But these phenomena can be generally divided into two classes, surface distortion and integral distortion. The sur- face distortions include rough surface, sharkskin, slip-stick distortion etc. The integral distor- tions include slight warp, integral warp, serious kinking etc. Both surface distortion and inte- gral distortion can come up simultaneously, which is called as gross melts fracture. The ex- trudate distortions of polymer melts with different topological structure are very various,so the polymers can be fingerprinted according to the extrusion behaviors.
