输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗马蹄肾结石二例报告 被引量:4

摘要 马蹄肾常合并肾结石,由于存在肾脏位置异常、输尿管高位开口等解剖异常,PCNL和ESWL治疗有时并不适合。2012年3月至5月我们采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗2例马蹄肾合并肾盂结石患者,疗效满意,现报告如下。
