高血压病患者服用中药依从性的调查分析

Survey and Analysis of the Compliance of Taking Chinese Medicine in the Patients with Hypertensive

目的了解高血压病患者服用中药依从性情况及影响因素,为提高其依从性提供依据。方法采用问卷方式,对医院门诊180例符合纳入标准高血压患者进行调查,按Morisky问卷得分情况为依从性较好组及依从性较差组,并将两组资料进行统计分析。结果高血压病患者服用中药治疗依从率是22.73%,依从性较好组及依从性较差组间的职业状况、家庭人均收入、文化程度、中药剂型,医患沟通等P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论高血压病患者服用中药治疗依从率偏低须引起关注,医疗团队各成员应给予积极有效的健康教育与促进等干预措施,提高高血压病患者服用中药治疗的依从性。

Objective To describe the Compliance of taking Chinese medicine in patients with hypertensive.To describe the influence factors of the Compliance of taking Chinese medicine in patients with hypertensive.Methods A convenience sample of 180 patients with hypertensive was recruited.The participants completed questionnaires Compliance of taking Chinese medicine using the Compliance Questionnaire.Results Only 22.73% patients showed good compliance of taking Chinese medicine in this research.The education level,household income,taking traditional Chinese decoctions,were significantly associated with compliance of taking Chinese traiditiongnal medicine（P0.05）.Conclusion The compliance of taking Chinese medicine in patients with hypertensive was low.The influence factors of the Compliance of taking Chinese medicine in patients with hypertensive including education level,household income,taking Chinese decoctions,introduction of advantage of single herb concentrate-granules from medical staff..
