丙泊酚与不同浓度瑞芬太尼用于无痛人流术的麻醉效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼用于无痛人流术的麻醉效果和安全性。方法将120例行无痛人流术的早孕妇女随机分为三组,即瑞芬太尼0.5μg/kg组(A组,n=40)和瑞芬太尼0.75μg/kg组(B组,n=40)瑞芬太尼1μg/kg组(C组,n=40)。对三组患者的麻醉镇痛效果进行评级,观察并记录两组患者麻醉前、手术中、手术结束时的血压(BP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化,以及丙泊酚用量、清醒时间、离院时间和术后腹痛情况。结果 3组均能为人工流产术提供有效的镇痛,但C组麻醉效果优于A组,丙泊酚用药量减少,术后苏醒快,不良反应减少及满意率增高(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚应用于无痛人流术麻醉,镇痛效果满意,以0.75μg/kg为宜。 Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of the remifentanil hydrochloride and propofol inpainless abortion.Methods 120 patients of early pregnancy with voluntarily induced abortion were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A(40 cases) was anesthetized with remifentanil 0.5μg/kg,group B(40 cases) was anesthetized with remifentanil 0.75μg/kg and group C(40 cases) was anesthetized with remifentanil 1μg/kg.The changes of blood pressure,heart rate,breath rate and oxygen saturation were observed during the anesthesia.The dose of propofol,the time for recovery and leaving hospital and the incidence of abdominal pain after operation were recorded.Results The 3 groups were able to induced abortion with effective analgesia.The group band group C were better than group A with decreased dosage of propofol,quicker postoperative recovery,less adverse reactions and increased satisfactory(P0.05).There was statistical significance between the 3 groups.Conclusion The combinations of remifentanil and propofol used in painless aborion have some advantages of safety and effect.
