中西医结合治疗60例偏头痛患者的分析

Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of 60 Cases of Migraine Patients Analysis

目的观察并分析中西医治疗偏头痛患者的临床疗效。方法讲60例偏头痛患者采用随机分组的方法将60例偏头痛患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组的30例患者采用西药西比灵进行治疗,而治疗组的30例患者在采用西药西比灵基础上再加上中药汤药进行治疗,把二者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果对照组与治疗组的临床治疗总有效率分别为:69.7%、90.5%,将数据进行统计学上的比较,结果发现对照组与治疗组的临床治疗效果具有显著性差异,即P<0.05。结论中药与西药结合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效比单用西药治疗的临床疗效更优,是治疗偏头痛疾病的较好办法。

Objective To observe and analyze the chinese and western medicine in the treatment of migraine in patients with clinical efficacy.Method 60 cases in patients with migraine by random methods 60 cases of migraine patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.A control group of 30patients using western medicine sibelium for treatment,and the treatment group of 30 patients in the use of western medicine sibelium plus herbal decoction for treatment.The control group and observation group treatment time is one month,both clinical comparative analyses.Results The treatment group and control group in the clinical treatment of the total efficiency of 69.7% and 90.5%,respectively： the data were statistically compared,results found in the control group and treatment group of clinical treatment effect has significant difference,P0.05.Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating migraine clinical efficacy than single western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect of better treatment of migraine disease,is a better way.
