摘要
目的探讨原发性肝癌的外科治疗手段。方法对原发性肝癌的外科治疗手段做一综述。结果肝部分切除术、肝移植术及局部治疗使原发性肝癌的治愈率和长期生存率得到明显的提高。结论外科手术切除仍是治疗肝癌的首选及最为有效的手段。
Objective To explore the surgical treatment of primary liver cancer means.Methods The surgical treatment for primary liver cancer means application was introduced in this paper.Results Hepatic resection,liver transplantation and local treatment of primary liver cancer to cure rate and longterm survival rate are obviously improved.Conclusion Surgical resection is still the first choice of treating liver cancer and the most effective means.
