复方丹参注射液静点联合降浊灵冲剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Intravenous Combined Jiangzhuo Ling Granule in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的分析复方丹参注射液静点联合降浊灵冲剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法将我院2009年3月至2010年3月之间收录的54例慢性肾功能衰竭的患者随机的分为两组,其中对照组患者主要采取常规的西药治疗,而对照组患者除了在原来的常规西药治疗之外还采取复方丹参注射液静点联合降浊灵冲剂进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果通过两组的疗效对比,其中对照组患者的治疗总效率为74.0%,治疗组患者的治疗总效率为92.6%,明显治疗组情况由于对照组的情况,两组的比较具有显著的差异性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论复方丹参注射液静点联合降浊灵冲剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭具有显著的临床效果,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analysis of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection intravenous combined Jiangzhuo Ling Granule in treating chronic renal failure treatment.Methods In our hospital from 2009 March to 2010 March included 54 cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into two groups,in which the patients in the control group adopted conventional western medicine treatment,while control group patients in addition to the original routine western medicine therapy in addition to adopt compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection intravenous combined Jiangzhuo Ling Granule by treatment,two groups were observed in patients with therapeutic effect.Results The two groups of the comparative efficacy of patients in the control group,which treated by total efficiency is 74%,the patients in the treatment group was treated by total efficiency of 92.6%,obvious treatment group by group,two groups comparative has significant difference（P0.05）,there was statistical significance.Conclusion Compound Danshen injection intravenous combined Jiangzhuo Ling Granule in treating chronic renal failure with significant clinical effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
