老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸35例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Old Age Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema Merger Spontaneous Wound 35 Cases

目的观察分析老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸的情况,从而更进一步总结临床特点。方法选取我院2009年8月至2010年8月收治的35例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸患者,收集临床资料,进行回顾分析。结果 35例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸患者经过6个月的临床诊治观察,32例病情好转,2例昏迷,1例死亡。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿合并自发性气胸发病原因多种多样,患者年龄大,体质差,患病前期不易发觉,进展迅速,危及生命,患者一旦发病,应尽快诊治,有效减轻病情,大大降低病死率。

Objective To observe the analysis of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema complicated by spontaneous,thus further summarizes the clinical features.Methods Our hospital from August 2009 to August 2010,35 patients admitted elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema complicated by spontaneous patients to collect clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results The observation of clinical diagnosis and treatment of 35 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema with spontaneous pneumothorax patients after six months,32 cases of the disease better,two cases of coma,and one died.Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema complicated by spontaneous variety of causes,patient age,poor health,illness pre is not easy to find quickly progress to life-threatening,as soon as diagnosis and treatment of patients with disease,should effectively alleviate the condition,greatly reduce mortality.
