程序管理在住院患者肺炎监测标本采集中的应用

Program Management Monitoring Specimens Collected in Hospitalized Patient with Pneumonia

目的对住院患者肺炎病院检测标本采集的程序管理与质量监控方法进行探讨,使标本采集成功率和送检率得到提高。方法采用ISO9001过程控制模式方法,对住院患者肺炎检测标本采集过程实施控制。结果护士及患者均未交叉感染;标本采集成功率、送检率均为100%;护士综合素质明显提高。结论实施程序管理,使肺炎检测标本采集规范化,提高了标本采集成功率及送检率。

Objective Discuss program management and quality control methods for hospitalized patient with pneumonia hospital detector specimen collection,specimen collection success rate and submission rate is improved.Method Adopted ISO9001 process control mode method to control the hospitalized patient with pneumonia the detection specimen collection process implementation.Result Nursing staff and the hospitalized patient are cross infection;the specimen collection success rate,the submission rate of response rates and test results were 100%;significantly improve the nurses theoretical knowledge and operational skills.Conclusion Implementation of program management,the pneumonia detected standardization of specimen collection,and to improve the success rate of the specimen collection and submission rate.
