泰山散瘀膏活血化瘀作用的实验研究

The Study of Taishan Sanyu Plaster on Eliminating Blood Stasis

目的研究泰山散瘀膏对小鼠活血化瘀作用及作用机制。方法取小鼠28只,随机分为实验组和对照组各14只,实验组和对照组小鼠分别腹部贴覆涂有泰山散瘀膏和凡士林的透气薄膜,连续3天后通过腹腔注射抗凝鸡血至淤血模型,利用瑞氏-吉姆萨染色法油镜下观察并计算红细胞、巨噬细胞及吞噬红细胞的巨噬细胞的数量,探讨泰山散瘀膏活血化瘀的作用机制。结果注射鸡血6h后,实验组和对照组的吞噬红细胞的巨噬细胞数分别为(178.22±40.78)和(201.12±34.56),12h后实验组和对照组的吞噬红细胞的巨噬细胞数分别为(30.29±9.99)和(48.12±12.28),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泰山散瘀膏通过明显促进巨噬细胞活化及吞噬红细胞的功能而起到活血化瘀的作用。

Objective To study the effects of Taishan Sanyu Plaster on eliminating blood stasis and its mechanisms.Method To explore the mechanisms of Taishan Sanyu Plaster on eliminating blood stasis,28 mice were divided into two groups randomly,14 mice in the treatment group received abdominal pasting of Taishan Sanyu Plaster for 3 days and 14 mice in the control group received abdominal pasting of vaseline permeable membrane for 3 days.Then the mice were made into blood stasis models by abdominal injection of anticoagulant chicken blood.After Giemsa staining,erythrocytes、macrophages and macrophages which swallow erythrocytes were observed and counted.Result The number of erythrocyte– swallowing macrophages of treatment group and control group was separately 178.22±40.78 and 201.12±34.56 six hours after the injection,while the number of the two groups was 30.29±9.99 and 48.12± 12.28 twelve hours after the injection.There was a significant difference of the data between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Taishan Sanyu Plaster can eliminate blood stasis by promoting activation of macrophages and its erythrocyte swallowing function.
