瑞舒伐他汀联合缬沙坦对急性冠状动脉综合征患者高敏C反应蛋白及脑钠肽的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合缬沙坦对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法将90例ACS住院患者随机分为A、B、C三组各30例,A组口服瑞舒伐他汀10mg,B组口服瑞舒伐他汀10mg+缬沙坦80mg,C组口服阿托伐他汀20mg+缬沙坦80mg,均1次/d,服药4周,治疗前和治疗4周后抽取静脉血,观察三组治疗前后血清hs-CRP及NT-proBNP水平。结果治疗4周后,三组血清hs-CRP及NT-proBNP水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),其中B组及C组较A组降低更明显(P<0.01)。结论 ACS患者早期联合使用瑞舒伐他汀及缬沙坦可明显减轻炎性反应、改善心功能。
