摘要
目的探讨三聚氰胺污染奶粉致肾积水对儿童泌尿系统及生长发育的影响。方法对2008年7月至10月在郑州大学第一附属医院治疗的25例三聚氰胺肾积水患儿进行4年随访。随访内容包括泌尿系超声、肾功能、血常规、尿常规,同时记录患儿身高、体质量等发育情况。选取同期非纯母乳喂养和无三聚氰胺污染奶粉喂养史的30名健康儿童为健康对照组。结果25例肾积水患儿成功随访,其中男15例,女10例;年龄(67.60±17.22)个月;双侧积水8例,单侧积水17例。4年后随访发现20例积水消失,5例减轻。患儿补钙的比例与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义,身高和体质量与健康对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。随访时未发现泌尿系占位性病变。结论三聚氰胺污染奶粉致患儿肾积水4年后身体生长发育正常,极少数患儿。肾积水继续存在,但无恶化迹象。
Objective To follow up the effects of melamine contaminated milk powder induced hydronephrosis at 4 years ago on urinary system and body growth and development in infants. Methods Twenty-five infants with hy- dronephrosis induced by melaminecontaminated milk powder were followed up by urinary uhrasonography, urinalysis and renal function tests. The data of body weight and height were collected. Thirty healthy infants without the history of con- suming melamine contaminated milk powder were collected as controls. Results Twenty-five infants were successfully followed up. Fifteen boys and 10 girls were included, and the average age was (67.60 -+ 17.22 ) months. Of the 25 infants with hydronephrosis at the time of discharge,5 cases decreased in size, and others recovered to normal at the time of follow-up. The percentages of infants with calcium supplementation, body weight and height were not obviously different between the 2 groups. Conclusions After a 4-year follow-up, melamine contaminated milk powder induced hydronephrosis has not been found to leave a noticeable impact on kidney, bladder and body growth. A few of children existed hydronephrosis,but no signs of deterioration.
