摘要
通过配制高黏度改性沥青,研究大空隙率沥青混合料的配合比,制备了降噪沥青混合料。经过试验研究,降噪沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能都能达到技术要求;采用驻波管法测试了降噪沥青混合料的吸声性能,结果表明,降噪沥青混合料的吸声性能良好;降噪沥青路面具有良好的降噪效果;采用降噪沥青混合料表层的路面结构能够满足强度要求。
Noise reduction asphalt mixture is prepared by preparing high viscosity modified asphalt and studying on the mix proportion of big air void asphalt mixture. Based on research,the pavement performance of noise reduction asphalt mixture, such as high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and water stability, can meet technical requirements. Sound absorption performance of noise reduction asphalt mixture is tested by standing wave tube method. The noise reduction effect of noise reduction asphalt pavement is good. Pavement structure with noise reduction asphalt surface layer can meet the strength requirement.
