Comparison research on different material organic thermal insulation materials SBI test

介绍了3种有机保温板材的单体燃烧试验(SBI),根据试验结果及现象对板材潜在的火灾危险性进行分析比对。3种材质板式保温材料的阻燃性能:酚醛板优于石墨聚苯板优于XPS板。并且阐述了SBI试验的影响因素及注意事项。

This paper introduces three kinds of organic thermal insulation materials SBI tests. According to the test results and phenomenon, potential fire risk of the three kinds of organic thermal insulation materials were analyzed and compared. It turned out that the combustion performance of phenolic plate is better than that of graphite polystyrene board, which is better than that of XPS board. The influence factors and precautions during SBI tests were also proposed.
