摘要
通过模拟太阳光源的遮阳系数测试平台,对内置百叶中空玻璃试件的遮阳系数和内外表面温度进行测试与分析。结果表明:内置百叶中空玻璃百叶帘使用状态对其节能性能影响很大,百叶帘关闭状态时能阻挡65%~70%的太阳辐射热量,百叶帘关闭状态与百叶帘收拢时节能性能提高比与对应状态下的传热系数(K值)提高基本一致。分析结果可为内置百叶中空玻璃的实际节能效果评价提供参考。
In this paper, the shading coefficient and inside and outside surface temperature are tested and analyzed by the shading coefficient test platform that is based on simulated solar light source. The results show that the use of shutter blind plays a major influence in the change of inside and outside surface temperature difference the sealed insulating glass with closed blinds holds about 65%N70% of the heat from solar radiation and the increased energy saving performance of the closed blinds and risen blinds is basic consistent with the K value in the same state. The analytical results have guiding significance for the energy saving effect evaluation of sealed insulating glass unit with venetian blind inside.
