摘要
高纯物质在国民经济发展中发挥着极为关键的作用。以高纯无机科研用试剂中高纯单质(高纯金属、高纯非金属、高纯半金属)作为主攻方向,研究对比各单质化学提纯和物理提纯方法的优劣、分析关键点的提纯效能的影响因素,归纳建立高纯单质制备共性关键技术、工艺和核心单元物质的攻关及评价体系,制定出具备小规模工业化生产的系列化单质提纯工艺及研制特种装备。从而提升我国高纯单质的整体水平和产业化能力,推动企业成为技术创新的主体;培育具有自主创新能力的高纯单质研究开发平台和产业化基地。
The high purity materials play a key role in the development of the national economy.In this work,high purity substances(high purity metals,high purity nonmetallic,high purity semimetals) in the high pure inorganic reagents were used as the research object.Advantages and disadvantages of the substances chemical and physical purification methods were compared,then the influencing factors on purification performance were analyzed.High purity substances common key preparing technologies and processes were summarized,and a series of small-scale industrial devices were produced.So that the overall production level and industrial capacity of high purity substances were enhanced,enterprises carrying on technological innovation were encouraged,and the research and development platform and industrialization base with the capability of independent innovation were cultivated.
