北京市房山区石楼镇高血压患者血脂、血糖和肌酐检测分析

目的探讨北京市房山区石楼镇高血压患者血糖、血脂和血肌酐水平以及合并疾病的情况。方法对1054例明确知道自己患高血压1年以上并符合研究入选标准者进行现场调查和空腹血糖(FGP)/血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血肌酐(Cr)实验室检测。结果①女性FPG、TC、TG水平显著高于男性,P<0.001;女性HDL-C水平高于男性,但无显著性差异,P=0.244;男性肌酐水平显著高于女性,P<0.001;男性LDL水平与女性比较无显著性差异,P=0.163。②高血压患者同时合并血糖升高和血脂异常者占调查对象的11.66%,单纯合并血糖升高者占32.16%,血脂异常者占52.46%。血脂增高者以TC、TG为主。血肌酐增高者占11.57%。不同年龄组血脂异常率不同,41～50岁组最大,其次为61～70岁组、51～60岁组、71～80岁组、>80岁组,各组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。不同年龄组血糖升高率比较,年龄越大异常率越大,差别有统计学意义(P<0.001)。肌酐升高率表现为年龄越小升高率越大,各组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论加强社区高血压患者血压、血糖、血脂和肾功能的定期检查,对及时了解高血压并发症发生与发展程度,指导患者及时进行治疗、减少并发症的发生和发展具有重要的临床意义。

Objective Discussesion on Beijing Shilou town Fangshan District hypertension patients blood sugar,blood fat and blood creatinine level as well as the combination of the disease.Methods Of 1054 patients with hypertension disease clearly know more than one year and met the inclusion criteria for the field investigation and fasting plasma glucose （FGP）/serum total cholesterol （TC）,sweet oil three ester （TG）,high dense degree fat protein （HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein （LDL）,serum creatinine （Cr） laboratory testing.Results ①women FPG,TC,TG level is significantly higher than male,P〈0.001;Women HDL-C level higher than men,but no significant difference,P=0.244;Male creatinine level significantly higher than female,P〈0.001;Men and women LDL level is no significant difference,P=0.163.②in patients with high blood pressure and blood glucose and blood lipid merger middel accounted for 11.66% of the respondents,and the simple combination the increase in blood sugar,blood fat was abnormal 32.16%,52.46%.The increased blood with TC,TG is given priority to.The serum creatinine increased 11.57%.Different age groups dyslipidemia rate is different,and years of group is the largest,followed by 61～70 years old group,51～60 years old group,71～80 years old group,80 years old group,the more significant difference （P〈0.001）.Different age groups blood glucose rate is,the higher the abnormal rate of the age,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.001）.Creatinine height rate the smaller the age increase rate is high,the comparison between the significant difference （P〈0.001）.Conclusion To strengthen the community hypertension patients blood pressure,blood sugar,blood fat and renal function of the regular inspection,to prompt understanding hypertension complications and development degree,guide patients treated in time,reduce complications and development has important clinical significance.
