金龙胶囊改善晚期癌症患者生活质量的临床研究

The Effect of Jinlong Capsules on Improving Quality of Life in Advanced Cancer Patients

目的评价金龙胶囊对晚期癌症患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法应用欧洲癌症研究及治疗组织(EORTC)生活质量核心量表QLQ-C30(V3.0)中文版,对40例晚期癌症患者服用金龙胶囊治疗前及治疗后1月分别进行问卷调查及免疫功能测定;金龙胶囊每次4粒,一日3次,30天为一疗程。结果金龙胶囊对EORTCQLQ-C30(V3.0)生活质量15项领域有效改善率为43.56%。躯体、角色、情绪等5项功能领域平均改善38.0%,乏力、恶心呕吐、疼痛等8项症状领域平均改善50.11%,整体生活质量领域改善42.5%。患者治疗后CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞和NK细胞数量较治疗前均有所提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>O.05)。结论金龙胶囊可明显改善晚期癌症患者的生活质量,保护免疫功能,在肿瘤临床治疗中具有一定应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Jinlong capsule on improving quality of life and immunologic functions in advanced cancer patients.Methods A total of 40 patients with advanced cancer treated with Jinlong capsule （4 capsules per time,3 times daily,30 days as a course） under went the Chinese versions of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaires（EORTC QLQ—C30）and immunologic functions evaluation before and after 1 month treatment.Results The total 15 scales of EORTC QLQ—C30 were improved 43.56%.The 5 functional scales （physical,role, emotional,cognitional and socia1） were improved 38.0%.The 8 symptoms scales （fatigue,nausea and vomiting,pain etc.） were improved 50.11%.The global QoL were improved 42.5%.The proportion of CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋T lymphocyte subsets and the number of NK cells were increased after treatment compared with those before treatment;but there were no statistical difference in above-mentioned indexes（P0.05）.Conclusion Jinlong Capsule can improve the QOL and immunologic functions in advanced cancer patients.
