MEBO油纱联合VSD治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤感染创面临床研究

Retrospective Clinical Study of the Treatment of Infectious DeepⅡ°Burns Wounds with Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD) Combined with MEBO Gauze

目的回顾性分析MEBO油纱联合封闭式负压引流技术(VSD)治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤感染创面的临床效果。方法 2008年10月～2011年6月使用MEBO油纱联合VSD治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤合并创面感染38例,并观察其疗效。结果 38例患者均获得随访,随访时间14～20个月,平均16个月,创面全部治愈,平均创面愈合时间为17.6天。结论 MEBO油纱联合VSD治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤感染创面,方法简单,实用性强,疗效显著。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the results of the treatment of infectious deepⅡ° burns wounds with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combined with MEBO gauze.Methods In Oct 2008 to Jun 2011,38 cases of infectious deepⅡ° burns wounds with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combined with MEBO gauze were analyzed retrospectively and the treatment effect was observed.Results 38 cases were followed-up （mean 16 months,range 14～20 months）.All wounds were completedly healed,the average healing time was 17.6 days.Conclusion vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） combined with MEBO gauze on treating infectious deep Ⅱ° burns wounds is a simple,practical method,and has significant curative.
