预涂金属卷材UV涂料用树脂的研发与应用 被引量:2

摘要 UV涂料作为一种高效、节能、环保类型的涂料,在金属卷材中具有较大的市场前景,目前UV涂料在卷材使用主要面临柔韧性偏差、T弯达不到卷材涂料要求等问题。本文选取具有线性结构的聚己内酯二元醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇与三羟甲基丙烷,加入丙烯酸进行直接酯化,制得的聚酯树脂可用于预涂金属卷材UV涂料。分别考察了聚合二元醇、催化剂、阻聚剂、带水剂、反应温度、反应时间等因素的影响。结果表明:采用聚己内酯二元醇2000和聚碳酸酯二元醇2000与三羟甲基丙烷加入丙烯酸酯化制得的UV树脂用于预涂金属卷材UV涂料中性能最好。试验确定催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为2.5%,阻聚剂BHT/对甲氧基苯酚为1∶1,用量为0.5%,甲苯为带水剂,用量为40%~45%,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为4 h,试验条件最佳。 UV coatings as a kind of efficient,energy-saving and environmental friendly coatings has large market prospect in metal coil.At present,the major problems for UV coil coatings lie in its lack of flexibility,and T-bend etc..In this paper,linear structured poly(ε-caprolactone) di-OH,polycarbonate diols,trimethylolpropane and acrylic are mixed and esterified to get resin for UV coil coatings.The influence factors also are discussed including polyester diols,catalyst,polymerization inhibitor,water carrier,reaction temperature,and reaction time etc.The result shows the resin made by poly(ε-caprolactone) di-OH 2000,polycarbonate diols 2000,trimethylolpropane and acrylic is applied in UV coil coatings to get best performance.While the catalyst toluene sulphonatic acid by 2.5%,polymerization inhibitor BHT and 4-Methoxyphenol at 1∶1 with the volume by 0.5%,toluene as water carrier by 40%~45%,reaction temperature at 110 ℃,and reaction time at 4 hours,the best test results can be achieved.
