摘要
本文就现代工程教育中所关心的几个重要的教育观念展开讨论。首先分析当前世界"大工程"的新需求以及国际上和我国工程教育发生的新变化,提出工程教育中关于学生素质培养的多样性问题,讨论了工程专业与学科交融的趋势与内涵。在此基础上,强调在我国培养具有适应创新广谱性要求的工程科技人才的必要性,勾划了我国如何实现工程教育强国的"双轮驱动"的发展战略。文末论述了为实现上述目标,秉承"以人为本"的宗旨以及以"学生学习结果"为主要对象的教育评鉴标准与机制。
Some discussion on the concept and knowledge of modern engineering education are presented . Firstly, the change of the development of science and technology and the needs of modern engineering education in the world and China are analyzed. The characteristics with the nature of diversity for the graduates attributes are emphasized. The tendency of the inter-discipline and blend between the en- gineering and science, liberal arts, social sciences are described. Based on the analysis shown above, the needs of the innovative workforces with the nature of wide spectrum of innovation in engineering and technology are introduced and the strategy so called "dual wheels driving" is proposed for the implementation of the power nation of the engineering education in the world. Finally, the evaluation and accreditation of the engineering programs based on the "students learning outcome " are reviewing and some suggestions for implement the new education concept of engineering education are suggested.
