摘要 目的:建立一种从天然植物中得到其高纯度主要成分的方法,以大黄酸为例进行研究。方法:色谱柱:通过形成共晶从中药大黄得到高纯度的大黄酸。以大黄酸为主药(API),选择精氨酸为共晶形成物(CCF),形成共晶。结果:所得的精制大黄酸纯度可达99.9%。结论:共晶法操作简单,重复性较好,在天然植物成分提取纯化方面有很好的应用前景。 Objective :To establish an effectitive method for preparative isolation and purification of Chinese medicinal plant components,rhein was taken as the example. Method:Rhein,the major active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine Radix et Rhizoma Rhein ,has been separated and purified through the cocrystal method. Rhein was taken as the active pharma- ceutical ingredient(API),arginine as the cocrystal former (CCF). Results:The purity of refined rhein can be up to 99.9%. Conclusion :the cocrystal method had .simple operation and better repeated property. So it is believed that the cocrystal method has a good application prospect in preparative isolation and purification of Chinese medicinal plant components.
