山芪营养颗粒成型工艺的研究

摘要 目的:优选山芪营养颗粒的最佳成型工艺。方法:考察不同辅料对颗粒成型性、吸湿性及溶化性的影响,运用综合评分的方法筛选出最佳辅料,并采用正交试验法,以成型率为指标,进一步优选制粒工艺条件。结果:最佳制粒工艺为:浸膏粉与辅料(可溶性淀粉∶乳糖=4∶1)按2∶1的比例混合,以90%乙醇为润湿剂制粒,用量为0.15 mL.g-1。所制颗粒的临界相对湿度为58%。结论:优选的成型工艺科学合理,颗粒成型性好,为山芪营养颗粒的工业生产提供了实验依据。 Objective : To optimize the forming process of Shanqi Nutrition Granules. Methods : The influence of different excipients on the formability, hygroscopicity and solubility were investigated. Grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines were applied to optimize excipients and the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the preparation process condition with formability as assessing index. Results : The optimal processing conditions were obtained as follows : the com- bined excipients of soluble amylum and lactose( in a ratio of 4 : 1 )were mixed with the extract powder in a ratio of 1:2, 90% ethanol was added as wetting agent,and the usage amount of it was 0.15 mL · g-1. The critical relative humidity was 58%. Conclusion :The forming process optimized is scientific and reasonable with good formabihty ,providing the sci- entific experimental basis for producing Shanqi Nutrition Granules.
