醋酸甲孕酮联合阿那曲唑对绝经后子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效研究

Effects of Medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with anastrozole on postmenopausal endometriosis

目的:观察醋酸甲孕酮联合阿那曲唑治疗绝经后妇女子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:46例子宫内膜异位症患者给予醋酸甲孕酮肌肉注射联合阿那曲唑口服,两药合用半年为一个疗程,一个疗程后对该疗法的疗效进行评价。结果:一个疗程后,B超检查患者异位病灶较治疗前明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后患者的E2明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各激素比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗过程中无各种不良反应发生,体重较治疗前增加,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绝经后子宫内膜异位症患者使用醋酸甲孕酮和阿那曲唑联合治疗,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective. To investigate the effects of medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with anastrozole on postmenopausal endometriosis and to evaluate its safety. Methods： A total of 46 cases of uterine endometriosis were treated with intramuscular medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with oral anastrozole for hale a year, then evaluate efficacy and safety of the treatment. Results. B ultrasound showed that ectopic lesions size were significant smaller compared with taht before treatment（P〈0.05）. Pain score was significantly lower after treatment （P〈0. 05）. E2 levels were significantly reduced after treatment （P〈0.05）. But no significant difference in other hormone levels was observed. No severe side reactions were observed, droxyprogesterone acetate triosis, and it＇s worthy of but patients gained body weight after and anastrozole combination therapy is application in large scale. treatment （P〈0. 05） Conclusion; Me- effective on for postmenopausal endometriosis, and it＇s worthy of application in large scale.
