摘要
目的:探讨贞杞口服液对兔睫状体组织cAMP与cGMP的影响。方法:参考文献,选取2~2.5 kg健康黑眼兔50只,雌雄各半。普通饲养,除生理盐水组10只外,其他40只昼夜光照循环,昼30lux(照明度),夜0lux。实验第6 d,将光照40只实验兔随机分为模型组、贞杞口服液高、低剂量组和杞菊地黄口服液阳性对照组。每组各10只,分别给药3周。在末次给药后的24 h,取实验兔,以断头法处死动物,迅速摘出双侧眼球,分离睫状体。观察指标。结果:高、低剂量贞杞口服液对兔眼睫状体组织的cGMP有显著抑制作用,而组织中的cAMP显著增加。结论:贞杞口服液在抗视疲劳方面发挥重要作用,其作用机制可能与调节睫状体组织中cAMP与cGMP含量有关。
Objective : To investigate to the influence of Zhenqi oral liquid on the rabbit ciliary body tissue of cAMP and cGMP. Methods:By reference,50 healthy black eyes rabbits weighted 2 ~ 2.5kg were selected,25 male and 25 female rab- bits. All the rabbits were kept by general conditions,in addition to 10 in the normal saline groups, others 40 were given light cycle day and night, day 301ux( illumination), night 01ux. On the 6th day, the 40 lighted rabbits were randomly di- vided into model group,Zhenqi oral liquid high and low doses groups and Qiju Dihuang oral liquid control group. 10 in each group were administered for 3 weeks. After the last administration in the 24 h, animals were killed by decapitation, and the eyes of bilateral were quickly pick out to isolate the ciliary body. Then the indicators were obselwed. Results : The high and low doses of Zhenqi oral liquid inhibited the rabbit ciliary body tissue of cGMP significantly, and the tissue of cAMP increased significantly. Conclusion:Zhenqi oral liquid played an important role on visual fatigue resistance, and its mechanism may be related to regulation of ciliary body tissue of cAMP and cGMP.
