紫丹颗粒抗变态反应的实验研究

Study on Anti-allergy Reaction of Zidan Granule

目的:观察紫丹颗粒抗变态反应作用。方法:采用大鼠被动皮肤过敏(PCA)反应实验及大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒实验,观察紫丹颗粒对Ⅰ型变态反应的影响。结果:紫丹颗粒能明显抑制大鼠PCA反应,抑制大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒。结论:紫丹颗粒具有抗变态反应作用。

Objective：To study the role of anti - allergy of Zidan Granule. Method：The effect of Zidan Granule on I type allergy was observed by the experiment of PCA and cranium periost labrocyte degranulation of rats. Results：Zidan Granule can obviously inhibit PCA reaction and cranium periost labrocyte degranulation of rats. Conclusion：Zidan Granule has the role of anti - allergy.
