摘要
目的:探讨中药联合益赛普治疗老年类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:选择2008年2月—2011年10月我院收治的老年类风湿关节炎患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组在常规疗法基础上皮下注射益赛普,观察组联合中药治疗。比较两组疗效、临床指标、实验指标及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.11%(41/45),对照组为73.33%(33/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药12周时临床指标和实验指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%(3/45),对照组为22.22%(10/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合益赛普治疗老年类风湿关节炎能显著提高疗效,改善临床指标和实验指标,减少不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective : To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with etanercept in treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis. Methods :90 cases of elderly rheumatoid arthritis patients from February 2008 to October 2011 in our hospital,according to the random number table were divided into the observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group were given subcutaneous etanercept based on conventional therapy, the observa- tion group combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The efficacy, clinical indicators, experimental indica- tors, and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 91. 11% (41/45), of the control group was 73.33 % ( 33/45 ), the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the clin- ical indicators and experimental indicators of two groups arewere significantly improvemendt at 12 weeks of after using medication ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the observation group wereas obviously better than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) : the ad-verse reactions rate of observation group was 6.67% ( 3/45 ), of the control group was 22.22% ( 10/45 ), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with etanercept in treatment of elderly rheumatoid arthritis can significantly improve the efficacy, and ,improve the clinical indicators and experimental indicators,and reduce adverse reactions, . It is worthy of clinical application.
