痰热清注射液治疗成人水痘临床观察

目的:观察痰热清注射液治疗成人水痘的临床疗效。方法:将60例成人水痘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组常规对症治疗,对照组给予阿昔洛韦注射液静点;治疗组用痰热清注射液静脉滴点,两组疗程均为7 d。疗程结束后观察病人的症状及临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后治疗组与对照组相比,患者病程明显缩短,平均退热时间和皮疹结痂时间显优于对照组显,两组显效率差异有非常显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗成人水痘疗效肯定,安全性好,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
