采用磁流变减振器的铰接式自卸车前悬架最优控制 被引量:1

摘要 将磁流变减振器Bingham模型应用于铰接式自卸车前悬架系统,建立了前悬架的半主动模型。基于最优控制理论设计出悬架最优控制系统,利用Simulink对其在随机路面激励下进行仿真。将最优控制半主动悬架的悬挂质量垂向加速度、悬挂质量角加速度、悬架动挠度、轮胎动载与被动悬架的进行对比。研究结果表明:最优控制半主动悬架能够有效地改善铰接式自卸车的行驶平顺性,降低轮胎跳离路面的概率,但是会使悬架撞击限位的概率有所增加。 The semi-active model of front suspension of articulated dump truck was built by using the Bingham model of magneto-rheological damper(MRD).The optimal control suspension system was designed by using the optimal control theory.By Simulink,the semi-active model was simulated under a random road excitation.The vertical acceleration,angular acceleration of suspended mass,suspension dynamic deflection and tire dynamic load of semi-active suspension were compared with passive suspension.The results show that the semi-active suspension using optimal control is an efficient measure to improve ride comfort.It can reduce the probability of tire jumped off road,and increase the probability of suspension hitting limit block.
