摘要
文章以某半承载式客车为例,建立车身拓扑优化模型,综合考虑车身弯曲刚度和扭转刚度,进行拓扑优化设计;对拓扑优化后的车身结构进行灵敏度分析,优化车身杆件的厚度,经拓扑优化、灵敏度分析,车身减轻质量362kg,达14.6%,取得良好的轻量化效果。
Taking the semi-morocoque bus for an example, considering the bending and torsional stiff- ness, the body topology optimization model is built, and then the design of topology optimization is made. The thickness of body components is optimized by analyzing the sensitivity of optimized body structure so as to make the body structure reduce weight. After the topology optimization and sensitivity analysis, the body structure reduced its weight up to 362 kg, achieving 14. 6%, which makes good progress.
