摘要
目的总结电焊工急性电光性眼炎的治疗及预防体会。方法回顾性分析142例电焊工急性电光性眼炎的临床资料。结果所有电焊工发病时，均有不同程度的眼痛、畏光、流泪、视物模糊等表现，检查球结膜水肿、充血，角膜较混浊，荧光素染色（＋）等，给予止痛、抗炎、促角膜上皮修复治疗，均治愈。结论电焊工发生急性电光性眼炎后及时治疗，效果良好；应该加强健康宣教，注重个人防护，做好预防工作。
Objective To summarize clinical treatment and prevention experience of the welders suffering from acute electric ophthalmia. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 142 cases of welders with acute electric ophthalmia. Results All welders had different degrees of eye pain, photophobia, tearing, blurred vision and other performance, bulbar conjunctival edema, hyperemia, corneal cloudy, fluorescein staining （ ＋ ） and so on, and after analgesics, anti-inflammatory, promoting the repair of corneal epithelium treatment and all were cured. Conclusion When welders occurred acute electric ophthalmia, the effect of timely treatment was good. The health education should be strengthened, focusing on personal protective and preventive work.
