摘要
目的探讨交感性眼炎的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析24例交感性眼炎临床资料，观察临床治疗效果及预防措施。结果全部病例均获得良好疗效，随访期间未发现有复发病例。结论及早确诊，规范治疗，积极治疗外伤眼，控制炎症，可防止复发及视力损害。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of sympathetic ophthalmia. Methods 24 cases of sympathetic ophthalmia were retrospectively analyzed to observe the clinical effect of the treatment and the preventive measures. Results All cases had good effect and no recurrent cases were detected. Conclusion Early diagnosis, standard and active treatment, active treatment of traumatic eyes, controlling inflammation can prevent the recurrence of sympathetic ophthalmia and avoid the visual impairment.
