胶粘剂中游离甲醛含量检测过程的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Determination of Free Formaldehyde Content in Adhesive

为了更好地控制胶粘剂中游离甲醛浓度测定的准确度,对在实验过程中可能影响游离甲醛测定结果的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,样品的称样质量、稀释因子及在沸水浴中加热的时间对游离甲醛浓度测定的结果有一定影响,不同类型胶粘剂的取样量及稀释因子都不相同,而沸水浴中的加热时间则需严格控制。

In order to control the accuracy of the determination of free formaldehyde content in adhesive, the influencing factors in the test process was analyzed. The results showed that the sample weight, dilution factor and heating time in boiling water bath affect the determination to some extent. Different types of adhesive have different sample weight and different dilution factor. Meanwhile the heating time in the boiling water bath should be controlled strictly.
