摘要
2008年金融危机之后,我国劳动力市场正在经历重大结构性变革。随着我国出口贸易的逐渐恢复,民工荒现象再次出现,并由东部经济发达地区逐渐蔓延到了中西部省份;劳动力成本大幅度上涨;工人停工、集体维权等极端事件大量出现。通过分析经济变动对劳动力需求变动的影响,进而分析劳动力需求变动的属性特征,包括行业、年龄、性别、受教育程度、技术水平等,最后给出结论和政策建议:要进一步促进经济均衡发展,促进教育结构的进一步优化,不断完善就业信息服务体系建设。
After the financial crisis in 2008, China's export trade is in gradual recovery. The phenomenon of labor shortage appears again, and it gradually spreads to the central and western provinces from the developed eastern regions. In the meantime, the labor cost is rising sharply. All these phenomena above are telling the truth that China's labor market is undergoing significant structural changes. In this paper, the author analyzes the characteristics of China's labor market demand changes, in terms of category of employment, age distribution, gender ratio, education level, skill level, etc. Finally, the author gives the conclusions and policy recommendations: To balance the economic development, optimize the structure of education, improve employment information service system constantly, and give employment promotion a priority for economic and social development.
