摘要 目的筛选茯贞膏的最佳提取工艺。方法根据实际生产条件,采用正交试验,考察提取次数、时间及料液比等因素以获得最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为C3B3A2,即提取2次,料液比为1∶10,提取时间为2h。在此提取条件下,多糖得率为16.82%,干浸膏得率为28.43%。结论该方法简便、易行,可用于茯贞膏的生产。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Fuzhen Paste. Methods According to the actual production conditions, orthogonal test was adopted to investigate the factors, such as extraction times, time and the ratio of material and water, then to obtain the optimum extraction process. Results The optimum extraction process was C3 B3 A2 , as follows: extracting 2 times with 2h for each time ; the ration of material and water was 1 : 10 ; under the optimum extraction process, the polysaccharide yield was 16.82% and the stem extract rate was increased to 28.43%. Conclusion This method was simple and feasible, could be used for Fuzhen Paste production.
