全纳教育环境下校外教育工作者的素质培养

摘要 探讨了全纳教育环境下校外教育工作者应具备的素质,校外教育工作者要具有全纳教育理念,要具有高尚师德,要具有发展意识。在全纳教育环境下,使校外教育机构为所有的学生幸福成长提供支持。
