摘要
目的:探讨小针刀治疗慢性扁桃体炎疗效。方法:将86例慢性扁桃体炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各43例,治疗组采用小针刀进行治疗,对照组以淡盐水漱口,含碘片,口服维生素C,冰硼散外敷。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.35%,对照组总有效率76.74%,2组比较差异,有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论:小针刀疗法治疗慢性扁桃体炎的效果显著,方法简单,不良反应轻。
Objective： To explore the effects of small needle-knife in the trealment for chronic tonsillitis. Method： All 86 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group. The patients in the treat- ment group were treated with small needle-knife, while the control group gargled with bland salty water, sucked io- dine tablets, took vitamin C and were applied with BingPengSan externally. Result： Total effective rate of the treat- ment group was 95.35%, higher than 76.74% of the control group with significant difference and it had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Small needle-knife is effective and simple in treating chronic tonsillitis with minor side-effects.
