摘要
以我国29个省市的粮食投入产出面板数据和基于DEA-Malmquist生产率指数法,对粮食生产的全要素生产率进行测算与分解,结果表明:1978~2010年我国粮食全要素生产率总体上升,代表创新效应的技术变化指数和代表追赶效应的技术效率指数都实现正增长;技术变化指数上升与国家农业政策相关,代表管理效率的纯技术效率指数与每亩收益水平相关;生产规模较大和中等的省份处于规模报酬不变阶段,规模较小的省份处于规模报酬递增阶段。
This study examines the total factor productivity of food production in China from 1978 to 2010 based on the panel data of 29 provinces and by using DEA and Malmquist productivity index.The results show that: the total factor productivity of food increases with the positive growth in technical change index and pure efficiency index;the increase of technical change index is attributed to the national agricultural policy,and the increase of pure technical efficiency index is attributed to the level of per-mu return;the provinces of large or middle production scale are in a stage of constant return to scale,and those of small scale are in a stage of increasing return to scale.
