发酵底物和发酵工艺对沼液中挥发性有机酸的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了揭示农业有机废弃物的沼气发酵机制,于2009年11月对北京市和南阳市2个不同生态区不同发酵底物和不同发酵工艺的沼液采集样品,采用GC-MS质谱仪检测沼液中挥发性有机酸的种类和含量。结果显示,沼气发酵过程中底物和发酵工艺不同产生挥发性有机酸种类和含量均有差异,陆营村沼气池中有机酸含量比留民营村的偏低,乙酸分别为1.86~15.16mg/L、0.35~172.10mg/L,丙酸分别为0.61~10.27mg/L、9.22~11.05mg/L;留民营村比陆营村多检测到2种有机酸,分别为丁酸、戊酸,其含量分别为0.18~0.88mg/L和0.03mg/L。说明了沼气发酵底物和发酵工艺对发酵过程中挥发性有机酸的种类和含量均有影响。 In order to reveal the fermentation mechanism of agricultural wastes,biogas slurry from different raw materials and different fermentation process was sampled in two different ecological zones in the cites of Beijing and Nanyang in November 2009. The type and concentration of vola- tile organic acid (VFA) were analyzed with GC-MS mass spectrometer. The results showed that the content of VFA in the digester of Luying village was lower than that in the digester of Liuminying village. The contents of acetic acid and propionic acid in the biogas slurry of Luying village were 1.86-15.16 mg/L and 0.61-10.27 mg/L, respectively, which were 0. 35-172.10 mg/L and 9.22-11.05 mg/L for Liuminying village, respectively. In addition, butanoic acid and pentanoic acid in the biogas slurry of Liuminying village could be detected, the contents of which were 0.18-0.88 mg/L and 0.03 mg/L,respectively. Therefore, the type and content of VFA in biogas slurry were affected by both raw materials and fermentation process.
