几株生防菌对番茄根结线虫的防效测定 被引量:5

摘要 通过盆栽试验和田间试验,研究了生防细菌09X01和09B18菌液蘸根处理、真菌08F04菌剂土壤处理和放线菌S07菌剂土壤处理对番茄根结线虫的防治效果以及对番茄生长的影响,为根结线虫病生防制剂的开发奠定基础。在盆栽试验中,09B18菌液蘸根处理的线虫减退率和防治效果均最高,分别为67.19%和51.35%,仅次于10%噻唑磷颗粒剂土壤处理。田间试验中,09B18菌液蘸根处理的线虫减退率仍最高,为60.97%,而防治效果最好的是S07菌剂土壤处理,为51.02%,也都接近于10%噻唑磷颗粒剂土壤处理。此外,4株生防菌均具有明显增加番茄鲜质量和提高番茄产量的作用。生防菌在防治根结线虫方面有广阔的前景。 The control efficiency on tomato root-knot nematode and influence on tomato growth of four biocontrol agents (the bacteria 09B18 and 09X01, the fungus 08F04, and the aetinomyeete S07) were studied in pots and in the fields. The nematode decreasing rates by 09B18 suspension dipping were the highest in pots and in the fields,reached to 67.19% and 60.97% separately. The best control efficiency achieved in pots was 51.35% by 09B18 suspension dipping, while it was 51.02% by soil treatment with S07 in the fields,both close to that of soil treatment by 10% fosthiazate granules. Also, the four biocontrol strains promoted the fresh weight and yield of tomato obviously.
