电感耦合等离子体四极杆质谱碰撞/反应池技术现状与进展 被引量:16

The present situation and advance in collision/reaction cell technique of inductively coupled plasma quadrupole mass spectrometry

摘要 简要地介绍了电感耦合等离子体四极杆质谱(Inductively Coupled Plasma Quadru-pole Mass Spectrometry,ICP-QMS)中碰撞/反应池系统。对各主要仪器厂商(如安捷伦、布鲁克、珀金埃尔默、赛默飞世尔)的ICP-QMS的碰撞/反应池系统进行了归纳,分为如四极杆碰撞/反应模式、多极杆碰撞/反应模式、锥碰撞/反应模式三种类型。分别对不同类型的碰撞/反应池系统的现状与进展进行了详细地评述。 The collision/reaction cell system of inductively coupled plasma quadrupole mass spectrometry(ICP-QMS) was briefly introduced.The collision/reaction cell(CRC) systems of ICP-QMS from main instrument manufacturer(such as Agilent,Bruker,PerkinElmer and Thermo Fisher) were induced,which could be classified into three types quadrupole collision/reaction mode,multipole collision/reaction mode and cones collision/reaction mode.The present situation and advance in different types of collision/reaction cell system were reviewed in detail.
