端粒蛋白TRF1、TRF2和TIN2在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression and Clinical Significance of TRF1,TRF2 and TIN2 in Human Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Uterine Cervix

摘要 目的研究端粒结合蛋白TRF1、TRF2和TIN2在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测TRF1、TRF2和TIN2蛋白在15例正常宫颈上皮和35例宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达。结果 TRF1蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中阳性表达率(40.0%)低于正常宫颈上皮组织(86.7%)(P<0.01)。TRF2蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达(80.0%)高于正常宫颈上皮组织(33.3%,P<0.01)。TIN2蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中表达(74.3%)高于正常宫颈上皮组织(40.0%,P<0.01)。结论 TRF1蛋白表达降低和TRF2与TIN2蛋白表达升高在宫颈癌的发展过程中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of TRFI ,TRF2 and TIN2 in human squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix. Methods Expression of TRF1, TRF2 and TIN2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 15 cases of normal cervices and 35 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix. Results The expression of TRFI in squamous cell carcinoma (40. 0% ) was lower than that in the normal (86. 7% ) cervical epithelium(P 〈0. 01 ). The expression of TRF2 in squamous cell carcinoma (80. 0% )was higher than that in the normal(33.3% ) cervical epithelium( P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression of TIN2 in squamous cell carcinoma (74. 3% )was higher than that in the normal (40. 0% )cervical epithelium (P 〈0. 01). Conclusion The lower-expression of TRF1 and the higher-expression of TRF2,TIN2 play a significant role in the progress of the human squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix.
