神经营养素-3及其在脊髓损伤修复中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 神经营养素-3(NT-3)属于神经营养素(NTs)家族,是神经系统神经元存活、分化和功能维持的重要营养因子,在脊髓损伤后的神经修复方面发挥了重要作用。NT-3分泌后能通过p75NTR和Trks受体激活其下游信号通路,促进轴突生长和血管发生。本文就NT-3及其受体结构、受体信号以及在脊髓损伤修复中的研究进展作一综述,并对NT-3与其他药物联合治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)的临床应用前景进行展望。
