个体化减压方案在颅脑损伤术中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨不同情况下的颅脑损伤采用个体化减压方法治疗的疗效。方法:将86例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为对照组及观察组,40例对照组患者采用传统手术方案,46例观察组患者在术中进行颅内压监测后,根据患者具体损伤情况及监测获得的ICP结果采取不同的个体化减压方案治疗,观察两组患者预后情况。结果:观察组在恢复良好、残疾率及死亡率同对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组在总体并发症发生率同对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化减压方案手术效果满意。
