急性缺血性脑卒中的磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国人口老龄化进程加速以及人群高血压、糖尿病患病率的显著上升,脑卒中发病率逐年增加,给患者家庭及社会带来极其沉重的负担。磁共振成像(magneticresonanceima-ging,MRI)是评价急性缺血性脑卒中的有效手段,近年来随技术的快速发展,MRI在急性缺血性脑卒中早期诊断和指导治疗方面发挥越来越重要的作用,MRI不仅能显示急性缺血性脑卒中病灶的部位、范围,还能提供脑组织扩散、灌注、生化、代谢等方面的信息,使急性缺血性脑卒中的影像学诊断进入到形态、功能与代谢的全面评价阶段。本文就急性缺血性脑卒中MRI的研究进展综述如下。
