输电线路耐张线夹典型缺陷探析

Analysis on Typical Defect of Strain Clamp

通过对近几年输电线路耐张线夹失效案例的调查,并结合规范对试验结果进行了分析,归纳其典型的失效形式,即装配缺陷、设计缺陷和钢锚及铝套管液压缺陷,并提出相应的监督措施,对耐张线夹的设计、液压施工以及确保输电线路安全运行具有重要的借鉴意义。

On the basis of accident investigation of strain clamp failure in transmission line in recent years, combined with standard specifications, the test results were analyzed and the typical failure models including assembly defects, design flaw, pressure contact technique defects were summarized. At the end, the corresponding supervision measures were proposed. It presents references for design of strain clamp,the strain clamp＇s hydraulic construction and has sig- nificance meaning for the safe operation of transmission hnes.
