摘要 对智能配电网、配电自动化和高级配电自动化的概念、内涵和技术特征进行了阐述。随着配电网中接入的各种类型的分布式电源越来越多,有序接入分布式电源并使其安全运行,与配电网实现友好的双向互动,是配电网智能化面临的重要任务。分析了国内几个典型的配电自动化试点工程,提出智能配电网建设的基本目标是——"看得见、管得了、控得好",提高配电网智能化应用水平必须坚持"三个注重"。 Three concepts and the content and technical features are described;they are smart distribution grid, distribution automation and advanced distribution automation. More and more the distributed energy source (DER) , and all kinds of DER demands for access to the distribution network. To make sure those DERs in safe operation, achieve a friendly two-way interaction with the grid,are important tasks for smart distribution grids. Several typical distribu- tion automation pilot projects are analyzed, three basic objectives are proposed, they are " Visible, Manageable and Controllable". Insisted on these three points,it is very important for improving the level of distribution network intelligent application.
