摘要
通过分析 1 0多种常见食用花卉的氨基酸含量 ,发现食用花卉是一类富含氨基酸营养且有利于人体氨基酸营养平衡的天然绿色食品 。
Through the study and analysis of the amino acids content of the eatable flowers, the author found that the eatable flowers are the natural green food which contain the amino acids nutrition and are helpful to the balance of the amino acids nutrition needed by human body.They are worth developing and utilizing.
